Production Manager

Scott joined Ensitech as a full time Technician in 2012 and is now Ensitech’s Production Manager, responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the production facility and production personnel. Scott is a professional who is committed to driving continuous improvements through pro-active thinking. He has achieved a proven track record in devising, evaluating and implementing continuous process improvements to minimize waste and reduce costs while maximising quality and yield at Ensitech.

As an excellent communicator, Scott has built a cohesive production team focused on realistic production goals as well as implementing WH&S controls to ensure employee and visitor safety throughout the facilities. Scott’s hobbies include motor bikes, cars and sport and participates in a variety of sporting activities outside of work.
