Celeste ensures the customer’s experience is positive, ethical and good value. Her responsibilities include assisting the sales team with processing orders, enquiries, invoices and data entry for both new and existing customers. Celeste has extensive knowledge of all products and services and is the primary contact for customers calling the office. She answers and responds to all telephone calls, web enquiries and directs enquiries to the appropriate sales team member where necessary. Celeste’s experience extends further to full knowledge and implementation of procedures required when entering quotes, sales, invoicing and administrative records into MYOB.
Celeste obtained her Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) before joining Ensitech and has had prior experience in the telecommunications industry as an Engineer for AT&T, Lucent, Alcatel-Lucent before semi-retiring.
