Ensitech Appoints New General Manager, Frank Federico

Ensitech is proud to welcome Frank Federico as the company’s new General Manager, joining the business in October 2025. Frank brings a strong background in operational leadership and has previously overseen a major post-acquisition transition, developing and executing comprehensive sales and operational strategies across Safety, Operations, Sales, Finance, Quality, S&OP, Supply Chain, and Field Service.

Frank was drawn to Ensitech’s role as an Australian manufacturer with award-winning, globally recognised products and strong export growth potential. He is particularly passionate about operational excellence and sees significant opportunity to strengthen Ensitech’s commercial performance, build collaborative high-performance teams, and support the company’s ongoing innovation and international expansion.
